RMHC Atlantic is delighted to welcome Tanya Tynksi to our Board of Directors!

Tanya says, “A native of Nova Scotia, having lived in PEI for 30 years, and working across Atlantic Canada, I understand the pressures families face when confronted with child illness. As a mom of two young adults, I too have faced the fears of the unknown, and needing to seek healthcare away from our home. From my perspective, I feel RMHC Atlantic provides more than services – it provides peace of mind for families and an environment where children and their families become stronger together.

I look forward to supporting the opening of the new House in Nova Scotia while continuing to develop and expand programming in other provinces.”
